These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Printz Shop through our website and, where relevant, custom orders placed directly with our store.

Personalised & Custom Products

Many Printz Shop products are made according to information provided by the customer, including names, designs, sizes, quantities and other customisation details.

Customers are responsible for checking all information carefully before submitting an order. Printz Shop will produce the item based on the information submitted or approved by the customer.

Orders & Payment

An order is considered confirmed once the required order information has been submitted and the applicable payment or payment arrangement has been completed.

Prices and available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be updated from time to time.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a personalised or custom order, please contact Printz Shop as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate the request if production has not started. Once materials have been prepared or production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Production Time

Personalised orders usually require approximately 2 working days for preparation and production.

Production time is an estimate and may vary depending on the type of product, quantity, customisation requirements and current order volume. Larger or more complex printing orders, such as custom banners, may require additional time.

Delivery & Self-Pickup

Customers can select an available delivery or self-pickup option during checkout.

Customers choosing delivery are responsible for providing an accurate name, delivery address, postcode and contact number.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If Printz Shop produces an item incorrectly due to our error, or an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us with your order information and clear photos where applicable.

After reviewing the issue, Printz Shop may provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, correction or refund for the affected item.

This generally does not apply where the product was correctly produced using incorrect information, spelling, design choices or other details supplied or approved by the customer.

Walk-In & Direct Custom Orders

Certain custom orders placed directly with Printz Shop, including custom banner and other printing orders, may require a deposit before production begins.

If an order is cancelled after materials have been purchased, artwork has been prepared or production has started, some or all of the deposit may be retained to cover costs already incurred.

Any applicable deposit requirement will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Customer-Supplied Designs & Artwork

Where customers provide their own images, logos, artwork, text or other content for printing, customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permission or rights to use and reproduce that content.

Printz Shop may decline an order where the supplied content cannot reasonably be printed or where fulfilling the order may violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organisation.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, information and quality of artwork they provide. The final print quality may be affected when low-resolution or poor-quality artwork is supplied.

Product Appearance

Printz Shop aims to represent products and designs accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, printing methods and other production factors.

Minor differences between an on-screen preview and the finished printed product may therefore occur.

Website Use

Customers must not misuse the Printz Shop website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
